His background: Ben began his collegial pursuits at Milliken University but e-merged from Columbia College with a BFA in Arts Management. He went on to complete his MBA in e-Business from University of Phoenix (the only online program available at the time). Having e-volved a number of Web and Internet companies, Ben is e-quipped to manage just about any e-solution you may need.

Favorite childhood memory: Mom giving me the keys to the Museum of Science and Industry for the summer.

Favorite song and why: "Happy Birthday" because everybody knows the words and it's one of those songs that brings people together.
